Family and friends are a very important part of our lives. Sometimes we tend to forget true friends are there during the good and bad times in our lives.
This has lead me to consider this the beginning of my accepting, recognizing my current circumstances and weighing them against new opportunities. That sounds more like the person I used to be. Now you consider doing the same, accept yourself and recognize who and where you are. Then you can work on setting new goals and expectations.
Friends are like angels who help us fly or mend our broken wings. Do not forget your family is also considered a friend.

It is very difficult to accept the changes I have had to make. I can no longer work, I am fatigue and in pain. I will try doing some of the tips you have given us on your posts.
