My last post noted my neck pain and the reason for it. Well, I took some much needed rest and feel better, still have a bit of pain trying to pop up now and then, but for the most part it is gone:)
Here is a list I created for myself:
- Start slow on my activity level, remember you just recovered from a flare-up.
- Time all activities, even if you feel like you can continue, stop and rest. Take it slow.
- I will not commit to more than I can handle.
- I will let others know what I can and cannot do.
- Be grateful for what you can do and remember to share your experience with others.
I hope and pray this information has helped someone today.

Thank you for sharing your insights and experiences, all information is helpful to those of us who live with this little understood condition.
Hello diamondvw1,
You are very welcomed, I hope I am helping someone. Just knowing someone can start to understand how we feel. There are so many struggling and so many people that feel defeated. I don't want anyone to feel that way. I know what it feels like.
Thank you for your comments.

well my neck pains a lot. thanks
I am so sorry to hear about your neck pain because I know what it is like to have it. Do yourself a favor and rest. Make sure you are able to sleep deeply, one of my problems was not going into what they call REM, a deep sleep that helps your body heal.
Also, I should have some neck exercises noted somewhere on my site. Take a look at those and try them out.
I hope you can ease your neck pain and I wish you a pain and fatigue free day!
