Moving Slowly

The hubby was just promoted with his company and transferred to Oregon. It has been quite a transition for me and our three kids, but we are finally starting to get acclimated to our new town. My husband’s company was nice enough to put us in an extended stay hotel until we found a house, which took about 3 months. Last week we closed on our new house and this week I am working on the basics for getting our house ready to move into. I am getting the utilities turned on and adding things like internet, phones, etc. A colleague of my husband recommended we go to Direc4u.com for our satellite tv provider and that was a big help. I am also working on getting a moving truck to move our stuff out of storage and slowly into the house. It is going to be quite the task with three kids. Each child has his own bedroom furniture, clothes, toys, etc. Then add in all the kitchen things, playroom things, garage things and the master bedroom furniture and things. Whew, I’m already tired!
