Hi Everyone,
I have been out of touch, I would like to sincerely apologize for not posting on a more regular basis.
There have been a few challenges with our health, finances, and daily chores. What keeps me going? My family and friends and remembering that what matters is that I have a loving place to go with people who care.
Tip: Take a break from a stressful situation, even in the middle of something important. If you feel anxious, upset, depressed, angry, irritated or just darn worn out- you can leave and get some time to yourself. A walk, a movie, a book, a talk with a friend who understands, breathing or simply telling the truth to the people around you can make a huge difference. If you’re someone who goes to church, it’s better to leave for awhile than to let anxiety ruin the service.
