Hi Everyone,
I have been out of touch, I would like to sincerely apologize for not posting on a more regular basis.
There have been a few challenges with our health, finances, and daily chores. What keeps me going? My family and friends and remembering that what matters is that I have a loving place to go with people who care.
Tip: Take a break from a stressful situation, even in the middle of something important. If you feel anxious, upset, depressed, angry, irritated or just darn worn out- you can leave and get some time to yourself. A walk, a movie, a book, a talk with a friend who understands, breathing or simply telling the truth to the people around you can make a huge difference. If you’re someone who goes to church, it’s better to leave for awhile than to let anxiety ruin the service.
Share your tips, stay positive, and be kind to yourself.
I hope and pray everyone is experiencing a fatigue and pain free day.

Good advice. I like to take a nice bath, almost every evening. Often reading while in the tub. Just relax and let the world wash away. (it also helps with my chronic pain)
