Buying or Selling a House/Home

Hi Everyone,

Do you ever think about the possibility of selling  your current home. Some people opt to sell their home to advertiser's that note "We Buy Homes". I don't know if you actually get your money's worth from these firms, but it sure sounds like an easy way to sell fast.

I think these type of firms buy homes in any condition so they can flip the house and sell it for more. That makes sense, but it sure sounds like a lot of work. I like watching those television series where individuals flip and resale houses.  It takes time, patience, energy, and of course money. The outcome is beautiful.

If I had lots of money, energy, time, and a creative mind, this type of work would be interesting. I would love to be able to complete jobs that would benefit a family who needs a good home. This means I would need a lot of money so I could be generous enough to fix up a home and give people something to look forward to. A home that I painted and decorated with great materials that would last a lifetime. One can dream!

There are all types of interesting, satisfying, and comforting jobs out there. Yes, there would be some headaches, but the end result would make all those headaches worthwhile. What do you think? I come up with some crazy ideas, don't I? However, we have to dream a little, love a little, just enjoy life a little....
